CynosBio, Inc. (“CynosBio” or the “Company”), a regenerative medicine company developing autologous cell-based therapies in ophthalmology and orthopedics, today announced a strengthened leadership and governance structure designed to support the Company’s next phase of global expansion, including U.S. clinical development, strategic partnering, and international capital markets engagement.
The enhanced structure reflects CynosBio’s strategic transition from a Japan-validated regenerative medicine company into a globally scalable, U.S.-ready biotechnology platform company.
As the Company advances toward global Phase 3 development and future U.S. expansion, CynosBio believes that internationally experienced leadership, independent governance, and execution-oriented board oversight are critical to long-term value creation.
