Announcement of New Management Structure

Effective October 1, 2025, Shinji Uga, formerly Executive Vice President & COO, has been appointed as President & CEO of CynosBio, Inc.
At the same time, Hiroki Ishikawa, formerly President & CEO, has assumed the role of Chairman.

Under the new leadership structure, CynosBio will continue to pursue its mission to “Bring Smiles Back through Regenerative Medicine” and accelerate its vision of becoming a global specialty pharma in regenerative medicine.
